The latest return time for kimono rentals is 5:00 PM in the evening. Please make sure to return it within that time.For customers who have purchased a photography package, you can continue to wear the kimono after the photoshoot and return it before 5:00 PM in the evening.

We accept next-day returns. You can choose the next-day return option and select the type of kimono you prefer for the next day. Additional fees for overnight return and a deposit guarantee will be added based on your selection. When you return the kimono the following day, we will refund your deposit in full as long as there are no issues with the kimono and accessories, such as stains, damage, or missing items.

If the stains are washable, the cleaning fees are as follows:

Furisode and formal visiting kimono: 16,000 to 30,000 Japanese Yen (the cost may vary based on the fabric of furisode and formal visiting kimono; refer to the actual cleaning bill from the kimono cleaning service).
If the damage is severe and cannot be repaired, compensation will be based on 20% of the actual price of the kimono.
